Dr. Joseph Talghader - CTO, Founder & Board of Directors Member | read full bio In 1997, Dr. Talghader joined the University of Minnesota as an Assistant Professor, and he was recently promoted to Full Professor. He has been extensively involved in infrared and hyperspectral technologies, optical coatings materials science, and the miniaturization of optical systems. His group has demonstrated the first tunable multispectral thermal detectors and has seminal patent applications in this area. His infrared sensors research has been funded by DARPA and the Army Research Office (ARO). Doug Johnson - Director & Board of Directors Member | read full bio Mr. Johnson has over 20 years of experience in the venture capital and investment banking industries, including 10 years at IBM's large mainframe division in engineering, sales, and sales management, three years in investment banking at Dain Bosworth, and 10 years as a senior officer and general partner at Norwest Venture Capital. At Norwest Venture Capital, he made investments in and served on the boards of approximately 25 early-stage, high-tech companies.
